St. Louis Gateway Chapter Buick Club of America News: 3-30-2008 WOW I'm late with my updates! All the newsletters have been updated, as well as the calendar. There are still lots of dates I don't have for some of these events, so I will be updating them as I get confirmation. The Easter show this year was a bi of a washout, or should I say SNOW out! It snowed hard most of the morning, and was bitter cold with the wind blowing. We had a tent set up next to our cars with a propane heater, but when the wind picked up, we had to take it down due to liability reasons with all the cars there. Regardless of the weather, we still had a good club turnout...we are fortunate to have a core membership that is loyal and willing to put up with awful weather conditions so we can represent our club the way we do. Thanks to all who came out to support our chapter! On a side note, a couple members from the Chicagoland chapter also came out to the show. It was good to see them as well! Hopefully, next year's weather will be warm and sunny. 11-6-2005 The November 2005 Gazette is now online. I have not received any photos of members' cars for the gallery. If you want your car shown, please send me an email at adammartin@gatewaybca.org . I will go through the most current pictures from the past events and use some of those shots to fill in the blank spaces for now. I am also adding a page to the website "Past Events" that showcases some of the local chapter events such as the Buick dealer displays, Wheels in Motion, and the Easter show in Forest Park. The Current Member Roster has been updated on the website (finally). Please take some time to look at the BCA Discussion forums online HERE. This is an online community that is full of members and non-members searching and sharing information about our Buicks!
